We are committed to delivering your research products quickly and safely. All orders are carefully packaged to maintain product integrity during transit.
Processing Time All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday through Friday) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods We ship all orders via USPS or FedEx, depending on the destination and package size. Free standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. Priority shipping is available for a fee and delivers in 1 to 3 business days. Overnight shipping is available upon request only — please contact us for a custom quote as rates vary by destination, package size, and weight.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Priority shipping (1 to 3 business days) is available for an additional fee calculated at checkout.
Cold-Chain Shipping All product orders are carefully packaged to maintain product integrity during transit. Cold-chain shipping with insulated packaging and cold packs will be available in the near future. Please contact us if you have specific temperature-sensitive shipping requirements.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis and is product-specific. For international orders, please contact us at info@vareviaresearch.com for a custom quote. Certain products may have additional shipping restrictions based on state or country regulations.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. If a package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order at no additional charge.
